Shadow health secretary Wes Streeting has said thathe wanted Labour's manifesto for the general electionto be "more ambitious" on social care reform.

For the Conservatives, Transport Secretary MarkHarper said he believes the election offers people achoice between tax cuts or tax rises, adding the Torieshad set out a clear programme for government that was fully-costed.
