We are to have Faith, moral excellence, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love.
CH 1:3: HIS (the LORD’S) divine power has granted (presented, bestowed) to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of HIM who called us by HIS own glory and excellence.
We are soldiers for Yeshua. 2 TIM 2:3, Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
The same is true today. An army in battle must strengthen its defenses, especially in the area where the enemy is attacking. An army must train and retrain and then train again. We are soldiers in GOD’s spiritual army, and we too must focus our defense of the truth in those areas where the KOD is attacking.
