INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
- French baguette 1 pc.;
- eggs 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise 35 g;
- sunflower oil 35-45 g.

COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
- cut the baguette into slices;
- fry the baguette on both sides;
- apply mayonnaise on a fried baguette;
- boil the egg and cool it;
- peel the egg from the shell;
- grate the egg on a coarse grater;
- sprinkle the grated egg on the baguette;
Cooking time is 5-7 minutes.
