INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
- chicken breast 500 g / 1.102 lb;
- cream 15% 200 g / 0.440 lb;
- water 50 g / 0.110 lb;
- butter 100 g / 0.220 lb;
- Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon;
- traditional mustard 1 teaspoon.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
- clean the chicken breast;
- heat the pan;
- put butter in a pan;
- put the chicken breast in melted butter;
Fry the meat until done.
- add cream;
- add water;
- add Dijon mustard;
- add traditional mustard;
- bring the mixture of cream, water and mustard to a boil;
- add fried meat to a mixture of cream and mustard;
- stew the meat for 2-3 minutes;
- divide into portions.
Cooking time is 7-10 minutes.
