Diversion and reconnaissance groups of the Russian Armed Forces have penetrated into the territory of Ukraine in Sumy Region at a distance of about 600 meters from the line of demarcation in the village of Ryzhevka and mark their presence at the local village council. The Russian forces are displaying the Russian flag in front of the village administration. Ramzan Kadyrov has officially announced the capture of the village.
