"La Bomba," translated to "the bomb" in Spanish, is one of the staple desserts at "Toro Latin Restaurant and Rum Bar" in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's no ordinary ice cream bowl. The bowl is made of chocolate, filled with ice cream and treats, and dropped from a couple feet above the table. You have to see it to believe it.
