Easy VS Hard (Unedited) - MSH Arcade Run Comparison Unlisted Video

The exact same two arcade runs featured in the "GUESS THE DIFFICULTY" video presented here, unedited, in a side-by-side comparison. Think of this as me showing my work.

I played through once as a warm up. Then after a short break, recorded the "Easiest" run, and then after another short break, recorded the "Hardest" run. No save states were used.

I spent longer in the menus and character select screen for the Easiest run, so I delayed the start of the Hardest run to sync up with the moment both Psylocke and Blackheart burst through the screens (the official start of both runs) so there is a direct comparison between how long it takes to beat each stage on both Easiest and Hardest. Naturally, Hardest takes longer on average to beat; however, considering there's eight levels of difficulty, that difference isn't as much as you'd think.

Fun Fact: The various transition screens where tiles fill up the screen actually differ in length by a few a frames, so hypothetically a run could be longer by virtue of that alone. Realistically, the randomized transitions will likely average out across the nine times they show up, and in the case of these playthroughs, most of the extra time comes from the Magneto battle because I missed not one but two opportunities to punish.
