“You've Crossed the Street Many Times, Andy” (February 2021)

Andrew calls Crisis Services requesting mobile outreach 'for comfort' and because 'he has a wet bed.' The operator tells him this is not the purpose of mobile outreach. Andrew then suggests in a manipulative way that he will have to go 'walk in the streets' for help and get hit by a car. When Crisis Services states that they are well aware that he can cross the street, and that he once worked at McDonald's, he becomes irate then hysterical, stopping the recording.
