How to Perform a Timing Adjustment on a VW 1.5 EA211 Engine

After replacing the headgasket the timing requires adjustment. There are no tools to hold the cams in place when the belt is removed. In this video I go over the tools needed, how to set them up, and finally how to perform the adjustment procedure.
