Philippians 2:5-7 New King James Version
5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it [a]robbery to be equal with God, 7 but [b]made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR ONES!!!

Tell something my friends.

When has someone sacrificially served you?

Interesting question is it not? I thought about it very much as I was reading this passage of scripture, and was very fascinated by Bill Crowder, this morning's devotional writer sharing his memory of his uncle Emory, and how this man was a servant of God in every sense of the word. I thought about a great many people who have been a living example of true servants of God, but also about individuals who have genuinely sacrificially served me, and the one person that came to my mind the most was my husband, and I'm ever so grateful for him.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from his word, through this passage I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you'll want to challenge you and encourage you to look to the perfect example of Jesus and the sacrifice he made for you, so that you will want to emulate and have the mind set of Jesus and all that you say and do. Come join me in this blog tonight my friends and learn more of the perfect example of a servant's heart, through Jesus Christ! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, i want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and i pray that it will help you yield to the Spirit's work in your life, to want to have that servant's heart too.

How can you serve others, perhaps beginning with your own family?

I want to echo something that I said so many years ago, and I pray that you not only read this, but act on it. My prayer for all those reading this, is that you will grow to have that servant’s heart. That you will be WILLING to serve, and not allow selfish ambition, or an ‘exclusive attitude’ when it comes to fellow believers who differ from you, to get in the way of serving the Lord. I pray that you choose to follow the perfect example of Jesus and His sacrifice for you, but most of all through this that you choose to have the mindset of Jesus and all you say and do.

UNTIL SUNDAY:

HAVE A SWEET, TRANQUIL, AND BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
