There are 16 species of the fearless crocodile that have roamed the Earth for over 200 million years. They’re found in the tropical areas of Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. The sly crocodile spends half their time in the water and half on land where they soak up the sun’s rays. They’re apex predators with tough, streamlined bodies and long, strong tails to propel them through the water. Their eyes, ears, and nostrils are on the top of their heads, enabling them to see, hear, and breathe while the rest of their body remains submerged. Using their keen senses of sight and smell, they usually surprise ambush their prey. The aggressive crocodile likes to lurk beneath the water’s surface until they strike with their powerful jaws in an explosive lunge. Afterwards, they drag their prey under water where it drowns before it’s eaten.

The adaptable crocodile is very observant. Their primal instincts tells them when to go for it and when to let it go. They’re symbols of resilience, determination, and protection.
