Of Course the DOJ Isn’t Prosecuting Merrick Garland for His Contempt of Congress

The DOJ has released a statement in regards to Attorney General Merrick Garland being found in contempt of Congress over not handing over the recording of the special prosecutor’s interview with Biden. It has stated that it will not prosecute him for it while claiming Executive Privilege even though the President is the only one who can invoke it and the transcripts of the interview have been released.

In this video, we take a look at a poster child example of how the DOJ is only supposed to be independent when Trump is on office.
