MS-13 has become one of the most feared organizations in the world. Originating in the 1980s in Los Angeles, what started as a stoner gang to protect Salvadoran immigrants has morphed into a brutal and terrifying force. Their influence now stretches across the Americas, leaving a trail of extreme violence, drug trafficking, and human smuggling.

But there's a darker, more horrifying side to MS-13: their involvement in satanic rituals. Imagine the terror of discovering that a gang not only engages in brutal violence but also in dark, occult practices. In 2017, 15-year-old Genesis Cornejo-Alvarado was murdered in a ritualistic sacrifice. Gang members declared that "the beast wanted a soul."

El Salvador's President Bukele has shed light on even more gruesome acts, including child sacrifices. He recounted the chilling story of a gang member who fled after refusing to kill a baby for a ritual, saying, "I was used to killing people for territory, money, and extortion. But when I came to a house where they were about to kill a baby, I couldn’t do it."

This gang’s roots trace back to the U.S. deporting members to El Salvador in the 1990s. Bukele explained, "When Bill Clinton decided to deport those guys, he didn’t inform our government... They came in small numbers but were unchecked." These deportees exploited laws protecting minors, recruiting teenagers and rapidly expanding their influence.

"As the organization expanded, they became more violent, killing to gain territory, fight rival gangs, and collect debts," Bukele asserts. This side of MS-13 is driven by brutal pragmatism, focusing on drug trafficking and extortion.

The combination of satanic rituals and drug operations has made MS-13 a transnational nightmare. Their influence is felt from Central America's Northern Triangle to major U.S. cities, making these regions among the most violent in the world.
