joe Biden Says Americans Would Need F-15s Not Rifles

One’s body & mind deteriorating as they get old isn’t funny. What’s remarkable is that this broken old man is currently the President of the United States and he's making important decisions for us all. He’s also trying to get re-elected as President for another 4 years. If he stayed at home in bed instead of putting himself on the world stage, no one would be recording him, no one would be interested in watching his decline.
I think joe's referring to this part of the Declaration of Independence...
