Teenage 'scumbags' laughed as they killed a family's cat

A heartbroken mother has labelled a gang of teens 'scumbags' for LAUGHING while they allegedly killed her disabled daughter's cat.
Outraged Laura Peters, 43, said her family was left distraught after beloved pet Mia was believed to have been attacked and killed by the chuckling group.
Laura, who is also disabled, was watching TV when she heard a cat screech out in pain before six-year-old tabby Mia limped into the garden.
