This is the heart-warming video the two little sisters made to commemorate the death of their mother taken too soon. It shows the two little girls dressed in matching outfits symbolizing a starry night sky and singing a nursery rhyme in memory of their mum who has passed away too early as a result of an ill-chanced accident. The older daughter Katelyn Jones, aged seven, and her baby sister Alexis, who is four, wrote these lyric totally on their own, inspired by the good old nursery rhyme and popular children’s song “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star”. The song and the choreography are not taken by chance. After mom tragically passed away last year, the little sisters were told that their mum was now among the stars. Father to the little singers, Lee Jones, worked "behind the scenes" to create the tribute along with the help from his step-son Tyler, aged 11.

Everybody knows that "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" is a well known English lullaby, but the part that only a few people know is that the lyrics of the song are from an early 19th-century English poem by Jane Taylor, "The Star". The poem was first published in 1806 in a collection called “Rhymes for the Nursery” written by Taylor and her sister Ann. Sisters, again! It has seen many versions and reproductions, one of which is the famous Mad Hatter’s recital in “Alice of Wonderland” by Lewis Carol. However, we must agree that these two sisters have given the beloved children’s song a deeper, heart-felt dimension.
