In Azerbaijan, Areas In Two Major Cities Are Flooded Due To Heavy Rains

In some areas of Yevlakh and Mingachevir, Emergency Situations Ministry employees are helping people get out of flooded areas and evacuating them to a safe place. People on the street move almost by swimming. Some parked cars have already gone under water.

Climate is changing due to 12,000 year cycle.
