Reviving My Surf Routine & Reacting to Coast Contra's Insane Freestyle! @COASTCONTRA #soberlife

Today, I listen to Coast Contra's "Breathe and Stop Freestyle" and dive back into my surfing routine. First off, I mistakenly called them "Costa Contra"—no idea why, maybe it just sounded like some cool mafia name! Sorry about that!

Before the music, I shared how I brought back my old surfing routine. I did my own workout, biked to the surf break, surfed, and biked back home. I missed surfing so much, and paddling out felt like pure healing. It was such a nice experience, and now I just want to surf every day. So, it's time to bring back the old routine. My training program is 8 weeks, so that’s perfect.

The music was insane—just insane! I can't understand how people can freestyle and make it sound so perfect. I really loved this one, and the group seems so cool. I listened to them a bit when they were on Harry Mack's podcast, and they really impressed me.
