Behind the Biden-Ukraine Political Theater; Biden Gets Cranky When Asked Off-Script Question

President Joe Biden's snapping at a reporter on Thursday goes deeper than his inability to go off-script, it puts a spotlight on how engineered his press conferences and interactions with media are as part of a well-orchestrated political theater. The spectacle was on full display from the beginning to the end at a G7 joint press event between Biden and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky. The signing of a security agreement, their walking in together, the meticulously-planned questions from hand-picked journalists (at least Biden's handlers thought so) and the two of them walking offstage, close together to romantic music. Perhaps it would have been entertaining at best had it not been for a reporter who asked a question about Israel and Hamas, to whom Biden scolded "why can't you guys play by the rules." The RULES? Usually, the media herd abides by the Democrats' directives, but Biden actually told the public everything he does in front of a camera is closely scripted.
