Wow! Hidden face found at Worksop Priory

Please join us on a #ofwalkingtour of Worksop Priory & Stunning Priory Church of St Mary & St Cuthbert in Nottinghamshire, founded by William de Lovetot around the 1120's. The gatehouse is a rare walk through shrine with only 2 surviving of its kind in England. It's believed the Archbishop of York gave permission to fell 200 Oak trees from Sherwood Forest to use at the Priory. We shall learn about the history & view some fascinating finds in the Church itself.
