Andrew calls the police department to make yet another complaint. He speaks to Officer Roberts, stating that his civil liberties were deprived the other night. Andrew talks about his Independent Living Worker receiving threatening emails which, if true, were likely sent by Andrew under an alternate email. At the very end of the recording, Andrew talks about Chris Chan (though not by name), hookers, and Kiwi Farms. The officer hangs up.
