NO BAKE BISCOFF DESSERT | Father’s Day Dessert

This No Bake Biscoff Dessert is going is a crowd pleaser! It’s made with a buttery biscoff cookie crust, and topped creamy cookie butter filling. Words cannot describe how delicious this is!

No Bake Biscoff Dessert

Ingredients
8.8 oz package Biscoff cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter, divided
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream

Directions
Reserve one biscoff cookie and place the rest into a food processor and blend into crumbs (can also do this by crushing in a resealable plastic bag). Reserve 3 tablespoons of cookie crumbs.
Combine the rest of the crumbs with butter and transfer to a 9 x 9” baking dish or something similar in size. Press down to form a crust and refrigerate while making the next layer.
Whip heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cookie butter, and powdered sugar.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread mixture over the top of the cookie crust.
Melt 2 tablespoons of cookie butter in microwave for about 15 seconds and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle over the reserved cookie crumbs along the edges of the dish. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Once it’s set, place the reserved biscoff cookie in the middle.
