Democrats in Conneticut voted against flying the American Blue Line flag to honor fallen State Police Officer Aaron Pelletier who was kiIIed in the line of duty.

City Council member Emily Zambrello said the Blue Line flag represents “racism and antagonism” and is “associated with hate.”

She says the decision not to fly the American Blue Line flag to honor fallen State Trooper Aaron Pelletier, is because Wikipedia says it represents white nationalism and neo-N*zis. (She’s quoting WIKIPEDIA. You can’t make this up.)

Instead She had City council fly the Pride flag at half staff to honor him.
