The NGO group that is aiding and abetting the invasion in Jacumba, is now building shelters on private property.

The owner of this property has worked with the sheriff and border patrol to stop the destruction of his land with no luck. Most of he trees have been cut down and used for firewood for those who illegally cross and start fires on his land to keep warm.
