On November 13, 2023 a man sitting in the Thurston County Jail in Washington State was brought before a judge to be heard for the first time at a unscheduled hearing. The only known reason why the man was in jail is that he allegedly protested a court clerks failure to file a lawsuit against a city and a former employer of his. Incidentally while protesting, the man was asked to leave the courthouse by sheriff's deputies, the man then said to the deputies that he would leave after his lawsuit is filed. The man was then thrown in jail, but then the jail discovered that they were dealing with a former Law Student and have regretted it ever since. Not only did this man expose that it is unlawful to compel anyone to surrender their fingerprints, photograph, or clothes to complete a booking process. But also exposed the corrupt judge that denied his right to an Arraignment Hearing. Notice that there is no charges being discussed in this video about the long haired man's case.
