Happy Thanksgiving 2023. Last week was F1 week and i got worked like crazy. Extra days and extra hours. I'm exhausted so didn't feel like cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The other day I put a poll up on the community tab asking what I should do for dinner between freeze dried camping food and an mre. The MRE won(with a single vote lol.) So here it is, as close to a Thanksgiving dinner mre I can find: Mexican Style Chicken Stew!
