Rep. Biggs: Democrats won’t help GOP overturn DC law allowing noncitizens to vote

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says Capitol Hill Republicans are struggling to stop a Washington D.C. law that allows noncitizens to vote in local elections without legislative support from Democrats. “The hard-left that controls the Democrat party today is okay with rigging elections, and that’s one more way to rig an election,” he says about the law.
