Rep. Biggs lays out Democrats’ motive for supporting open borders

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says Democrats need the southern border wide open in order to grow their district lines and receive larger federal funding determined by census data. Rep. Biggs says there's also evidence federal bureaucrats are attempting to register illegal aliens to vote.
