Supreme Court Issues Major Ruling

The Deep State FBI has been exposed again. Memos surfaced showing that FBI Director Christopher Wray’s agency interrogated co-workers to see if an FBI agent had voted for President Trump, declined the COVID-19 vaccination, and supported the Second Amendment. After conducting the inquiry, the FBI revoked the agent’s security clearance – confirming that the agency was going after Trump supporters.
Today’s report is a very similar tale to the FBI whistleblowers we’ve been defending for some time now. We were just victorious in securing victory for FBI Agent Marcus Allen, a brave whistleblower who shined a light on the FBI’s targeting of conservatives and Christians. As a result, he faced the unjust wrath of the FBI for over two years.
We have been working with Empower Oversight to defend whistleblowers, and this organization is also involved in defending the latest agent who was suspended without pay after the FBI’s witch hunt against him. The agent had served honorably for 12 years, even receiving awards from the FBI, but then had his security clearance revoked in March 2022. Like the whistleblowers we represent, the FBI agent has been unpaid since the suspension and is not allowed to seek employment elsewhere.
Targeting someone because of their political preferences is un-American. Someone with a stellar job performance record should not be punished because they didn’t vote for the current Administration. This is especially true for government employees – you don’t forfeit your free speech when you work for the FBI.
Just how much did FBI leadership know about this targeting of FBI agents based on their political preferences? It’s one thing for a few rogue officials to act independently; however, it’s an entirely different matter if higher-ups approve of these unlawful tactics.
Tristan Leavitt, President of Empower Oversight, joined to give more details on the organization’s representation of the suspended FBI agent:
After suspending [the FBI agent’s] security clearance, [the agency] interviewed a number of his colleagues. These were compelled interviews – interviews that his co-workers had to answer. They were told that if they didn’t answer truthfully and completely, their own security clearances could be subject to suspension or revocation. And [the agency] also asked about the context of their interactions with this individual, who has again chosen to remain anonymous. . . . They asked them, have you ever heard him vocalize support for President Trump? Have you ever heard him vocalize objection to the COVID-19 vaccine? These were completely inappropriate questions for the FBI to be asking about any of its employees, much less the security division.

Empower Oversight sent a demand letter to Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Leavitt expects a full investigation to take place. How widespread is the corruption inside of the FBI? Reform must take place to prevent further targeting of conservative FBI agents.
Also, how ironic is it that Attorney General Merrick Garland just published an op-ed in the Washington Post about “baseless, personal and dangerous” attacks against the Department of Justice? Maybe if news were to stop breaking about the unlawful targeting of FBI whistleblowers, Deep State agents illegally spying on Christians in churches, and the ongoing political prosecution of President Trump, the American public wouldn’t be raising questions about the Deep State DOJ.
The DOJ and FBI have been caught red-handed time and time again, yet Garland is whining about people complaining. You can’t make it up.
