Children's Bible Stories-The Everlasting Father

George Washington Carver, known as the father of the peanut industry, was born in Diamond Grove, Missouri, and was the first African American to enroll at Iowa State University. He promoted responsible farming practices and published a research bulletin on peanuts, including shampoo, mayonnaise, paint, and coffee. Carver also discovered new uses for Alabama clay and sweet potatoes. He was the first African American to have a national park named after him, and was an accomplished pianist and painter. His artwork was exhibited at the World's Fair in 1893.
