My lawsuit against the AG and the Secretary of State.

I'm challenging their bushwhack attack on the initiative process when they unilaterally raised the initiative filing fee from $5 to $156.

Only the Legislature can do that. It's an abuse of power and I'm asking the judge to rule against them.
