Battling Self-Pity and Finding Redemption | Reacting to Ren - Su!cIde @RenMakesMusic

In this video, I dive into Ren's powerful track, "Su!cIde," and share some personal reflections on the struggle with self-pity and the challenges of pursuing dreams in Sri Lanka.

Before the music, I talk about how feeling sorry for myself is the most poisonous thing for me. It crumbles my world and reality, and I can hear those thoughts knocking on the gates of my mind. Living in Sri Lanka for almost nine years as a Swedish citizen has its unique challenges, especially in the fields of fitness training and sobriety. Despite these challenges, I love it here and feel there's something unfinished for me in this place. I don't like easy paths; maybe I want to prove something to myself, to create my redemption here. Let's see where this journey takes me!

Ren's song, as always, is deeply moving. It's hard when friends leave us in such a way, and this track really hits home.

Thank you all for your continued support. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to stay updated with my journey. If you're looking for a personal trainer or want to connect, check out my Instagram!
