DEI and CRT are racist. Hiring somebody due to their race, sex, or if they are a member of the never-ending LGBTQIA++++++ instead of hiring somebody based on skills is evil and racist.

DEI will 100% get people killed. If you had to get a serious operation like a brain or heart surgery, would you rather your surgeon be the most qualified in his field due to his skills, or would you rather that surgeon be less qualified but be a trans-black lesbian?
