Creamy White Chicken Karahi Recipe!
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs: 700g
Onions (fried): 2 medium
Green chilies: 3-4
Green coriander: 2-3 tbsp
Cashew nuts: 15-20
Cream: 3/4 cup
Yogurt: 3/4 cup
Water: as required
Oil: 1/3 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Shan white chicken masala: 1.5 tbsp
Dried plums: 6-7
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Instructions:

-In a blender, add fried onions, green chilies, green coriander, cream, yogurt, and water then blend them well and set aside.
-Heat the oil in wok over medium heat.
-Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
-Add the chicken thighs and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides.
-Add shan masala and stir it thoroughly.
-Add the blended mixture & dried plums.
-Cover the wok and let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
-Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the lemon juice and garnish with ginger & fresh green coriander.
-Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
