Local Pastor uses church marquee for years to support the Tampa Bay Lightning

It is a story that is three years in the making: one local church pastor is behind the clever signs supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning in the postseason that have been posted outside Our Savior Lutheran Church in St. Petersburg.
