The quality of this recording is below par as it is unedited... the key here is the information, the links and what questions does this raise for you? Critical analysis to challenge the assumptions by hmct, valuation office and billing authorities is vital. Getting into a group of like minded people to discuss, question and raise issues can become a force de major in the debate on a tax being plied wrongly to peoples principle & only homes.
Could it be those 'authorities' are misrepresenting the legal definitions of chargeable dwelling and liable person's and forcing people to pay a tax upon their right to shelter?
