Port St. Lucie Bodycam Shows Teen Arrested For Riding Dirtbike & Fleeing Cop

One of two teens caught fleeing police in Port St. Lucie while illegally riding dirt bikes on city streets faces charges.

Police say the 14-year-old and the other teen were wearing ski masks at the time. The second teen got away.

The arrest of the other boy was caught on officer body cam video.

Cops say an officer pulled both teens over, but as he got out of his patrol car, they fled.

The body cam video shows the 14-year-old grabbed, placed on the ground and the handcuffs put on.

He was booked on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, obstruction without violence, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
