Ep #22 I finally start engine disassembly on my Challenger 2 Ultralight. (don't get too far though!)

I start to disassemble the Rotax 503 engine, in order to inspect the condition, and if all is good, re-assemble it with all new rubber parts. Only I find out I need a special too to do it!

Follow along as I rebuild, repair, and upgrade a Challenger 2 ultralight airplane. Ultimately I will be flying this airplane into the north country of Canada, on fishing and camping trips, as soon as she is ready to fly.
