Cocktails with Syco316 #4: Irish Maid

It's Saint Patirck's Day ! The cliche is making a drink that's green. Instead I wanna make a cocktail that is good without any gimmicks. So I chose to make an Irish Maid. It might not be green, but it is an easy drink to make and you can drink it all night. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Have fun and stay safe.

Irish Maid

2 slices cucumber
2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice (can easily drop it to 1/2 oz)
3/4 oz simple syrup
cucumber slice garnish

Muddle 2 cucumber slices into your shaker. Add Irish Whiskey, St Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add Ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Toss a cucumber slice on top for a garnish.
