Rachel Fox turned 109-years-old Tuesday and was given a large party at the senior citizens home where she lives in West Bloomfield. Fox was born in Montreal, Canada in 1915. Approximately 100 people gathered for her party including her 80-year-old son who visits her every day. She says the key to a long life is to be happy and kind.
