This Pup Likes Shopping Because He Gets To Pick Out His Favorite Treat

There are but a few things in life that can make a dog happy. There is the food bowl and the kibble in it, the games of fetch they play with their owners, the chew toys scattered around the house, the occasional scratch behind the ear and of course the the treats. The one thing we have never seen a dog enjoy so much is shopping. You know, taking a car ride to a local supermarket, catching a shopping cart and browsing aisle by aisle until you find the stuff you need. But we think that, if given the chance, dogs might actually enjoy the trips to the store, because that way they could actually pick up the snack they like. Like this guy did and with such admirable enjoyment.

During a recent trip to the supermarket, this two-year-old Labrador Retriever got to sniff out a variety of snacks before picking out his favorite one. So cool! We kinda feel anxious watching this, because we know how hard it can be to pick out a snack when there are so many of them! Should he pick out the beef ones or the turkey ones? With veggies or plain? Bacon flavored? So many choices!

On the other hand, there are dogs like this guy for example that would much rather save money than spend it. He even takes away his owner’s wallet in order to help her save money. What a thoughtful pup!
