Pete Gruber Speech at Tesla Takeover Europe!

Pete was invited to the first European Tesla Takeover in Flachau, Austria, a picturesque ski resort destination. In May 2024, hundreds of Teslas converged on the village for a three-day event.

As a keynote speaker, Pete presented a brief history of Tesla, focusing on their first car, the iconic Tesla Roadster. He speculated that the EV revolution might have been delayed if the struggling startup, Tesla Motors, had not survived.

Drawing from his decade of independent Tesla service experience with Gruber Motors, Pete predicted a new trajectory for EV manufacturers. He suggested they will need to consider outsourcing service, supporting, and partnering with independent service providers, as production volume overwhelms service delivery, as they grow.
