The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union was a contract agreement among the 13 original colonies of the United States of America – not including the Indigenous Aboriginal People of this land. The Articles served as the colonizers first frame of a foreign de facto by force-of-arms United States government on land that is foreign to them – then and now - and did not benefit the Indigenous Aborigine on our own land. As the United States Constitution and all other colonizer contracts do not benefit the Indigenous to this day. The 1960 United Nations Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, confirms the release of our lands from present descendants of the colonists.
