Jason Foster: FBI asking employees about presidential preference violates the First Amendment

Empower Oversight Founder and Chair Jason Foster says the FBI can’t condition an employee’s pay based on their support of a president. Empower Oversight’s client, a long-time employee of the FBI, had has security clearance revoked after the agency's secret security review found he supported former President Donald Trump, Second Amendment rights, and expressed concerns about the COVID vaccine.
