Telepathic meditation session using Muse 2 and Mind Monitor, August 23, 2023

I notice that alpha is usually at the top, together with delta. Delta is typical in deep relaxation and sleep.
Gamma stays at the bottom like in other sessions and Beta and Theta in the middle.
