Hunter Biden has been found guilty on all three countsin his federal gun crimes case in Delaware.

Biden now faces a possible prison term of up to 25years, although a sentence of that length for afirst-time offender is highly unlikely.

Hunter Biden's conviction for lying about his drug useon a handgun licence application will be a "devastatingpersonal blow for his father," writes BBC NorthAmerica correspondent Anthony Zurcher.

President Biden said he would "accept the outcome ofthis case and will continue to respect the judicialprocess as Hunter considers an appeal."
