Life Lesson: Be that person who checks up on their friends

When I was sick it was disheartening to have your friends basically forget you existed. When you are dealing with something you are alone, and it would have helped to have people check up on me more often.

If you know someone going through something check up on them and make sure they are doing alright. They will always remember you for that and be grateful for you.
