Mike flew out from Florida for our life changing 2 week bootcamp. He recently was forced to quit his job at Walgreens as a shift manager because he had so much BACK PAIN. But contrary to everyone's belief Mike is not in my office for Back or Neck Pain. He is here because he can NOT SLEEP! PERIOD. He know like many of you out there that sleep is essential to quality of life. Without sleep Mike has awful ANXIETY & DEPRESSION. He feels like he cannot concentrate long enough to accomplish any short or long term goals. Life SUCKS as he says.
