The Conservative Party is having an awful election in the UK, is just failure of current leadership or is Rishi Sunak handing over the baton to Keir Starmer. In Scotland, the picture is equally bad, Douglas Ross made a rod for his own back over the removal of a candidate who was ill. His problem isn't just a failure to understand leadership, it is a failure to understand teamwork. Now Ross is to resign as leader in Scotland, he created his own downfall assisted by his party management board, who really do need to resign.
