It's like a medicine,

Conversely, a crushed spirit,
can have the opposite effect,
leading to despair
and a lack of vitality.
As we navigate through life's challenges,
let's strive to maintain a joyful heart,
knowing that it can carry us
through difficult times
and also be a source of strength for others.

Let us Pray:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today,
with hearts seeking the joy
that only You can provide.
We ask that You fill us with a cheerful heart,
that it may be good medicine for our souls
and for those we encounter.
Help us to find joy in Your presence,
in Your creation,
and in the love we share with others.
When our spirits are crushed,
remind us of Your promises,
and Your faithfulness.
May Your joy be our strength
and a beacon of hope
to those in need.
